The Astronaut - OC Design

Concept for an original character for the game Team Fortress 2.
Character Description:
"A former aerospace engineer on the Apollo program, the Astronaut was denied her place in the space craft that would send the first humans to the moon. After an attempt to postpone the mission by incapacitating the lead astronauts resulted in an explosion of a whole hangar, she was expelled and banned from ever working at NASA again. But equipped with a genius mind and natural talent for contriving aircraft structures from scratch, she quickly left her old life and previous employer behind and accepted the job offer from Mann.Co to fund her solo space craft to the moon. Her mission is driven by her unyielding determination, hours of experimental field testing and a violent grudge against Neil Armstrong."
